Serving as the spiritual successor to the discontinued Las Mareas, the Crowned Heads Moonflower Corona Gorda 6 x 46 molds that celebrated blend into a richer, deeply sophisticated profile. Crafted as a medium-to-full-bodied Nicaraguan puro, the recipe features a dark Corojo wrapper harvested from the secluded, volcanic soils of the Namanji region. For aficionados who appreciate intricate sessions, a sudden, vibrant draw delivers an immediate interplay of cream, cedar, and white pepper spice before evolving into complex notes of cocoa and refreshing peppermint. Blending a double binder from Estelí and Jalapa, the distinct construction dictates a slow, exceptionally uniform burn line, giving the flavor layers room to develop beautifully on the palate. You can sample this nuanced profile across three distinct sizes to match your preference. The slender Corona Gorda concentrates the wrapper leaf influence. If you prefer a stouter vitola, the classic Robusto 5 x 52 delivers a dense, concentrated burst of spice, while the stately Toro 6 x 54 allows the double binder to open up fully for extended flavor evolution.
