How do I join?

Is there a cost to join?

No, there is no cost to join, Casa Rewards Membership is free!

What information do you need to sign up?

Name, email address, DOB and phone number. Additional preferences are optional.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchase.

If I sign up today will my purchase today count?

Your purchase today will count, and it only takes a couple minutes to register!

Can I earn points for purchases at the bar?

Yes! You can earn points for bar purchases but can only redeem points on cigars and accessories due to state laws which prohibit redemption on alcohol products. Rewards may also be earned and redeemed on purchases from the menu in our Whippany, NJ restaurant.

How can I check my points balances?

By logging into your account via the in-store Kiosk, or online from PC or smart phone. Visit to log in.

How will you know if I am a Casa Rewards member?

We will always ask for a phone number at checkout that will link your purchase to your rewards account.

Will I receive a physical membership card?

No membership card needed! Your phone number will be your account number, we request this at checkout.

How do I update my personal information or email preferences?

You may edit your Casa Rewards profile anytime by visiting and logging into your account. Once logged in click on ‘My Information’ to update your profile and preferences.

Will I be notified of any upcoming promotions or events?

Yes. You can choose your notifications preferences in your Casa Rewards profile.


How many points do I need to earn a reward?

You will automatically receive a $12.50 Reward for every 250 points earned (spend $250).

Is there a maximum number of points or rewards I can earn?

No, there is no limit to the amount of points of rewards you can earn.

How will I know if I earn a reward?

When you register your Casa Rewards account, you can select your preferred method for notifications which include email and/or text options.

How do I redeem my reward?

You will receive an email or text notification with a barcode. Simply show the barcode checkout and it will be scanned and applied to purchase.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

Yes, you can use multiple rewards at any time.

Do I have to use my reward all at one time?

No, you may apply the reward to a purchase and any balance will remain that you can use for a future purchase.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, Rewards expire 1 year from issuance.


How will I know when my locker contract is about to expire?

You will receive an email and/or text notification 30 days prior to expiration with an invitation to visit your preferred location to renew.

As a Key level member (locker holder) will I receive any additional benefits?

Yes, you will always earn Double Points on qualifying purchases if your locker contract is current and has not expired.

What if my locker contract expires?

In the event it expires, your account will automatically convert from “Key Level” to “Casa Rewards” where you will earn single points on all your purchases.


Is the Rewards Program different than the VIP Program?”

The Platinum and Gold VIP Membership program ended September 1,2020. An email was sent to members of the former VIP program. If you did not sign up, you can register for the Casa Rewards program now by going to, click “Sign Up” and complete your enrollment using your Platinum or Gold VIP membership email and phone number. Upon enrollment, you will be issued an special reward in lieu of any remaining, unused portion of your membership.

As a “Key Level” Member (Locker Holder) what will I receive?

Key Level Members will now earn double points on all purchases.
